Let's Discuss

You know we have started writing argumentative essays, that means we argue on certain issues.Here are some topics for you to discuss. Write your opinions for and against on the following issues. I really want to learn what you think about them. Have a nice weekend.

  • Are human beings becoming too dependent on technology?

  • Are actors and professional athletes paid too much?

  • Should we do more to deal with the problem of domestic violence, or is the problem exaggerated?

  • Cheating helps students learn.

  • Lying (not telling the truth) is a natural and necessary part of good relationships.

      actors and athletes are paid too much.I think they work hard situation but they are not paid huge money .In the world lots of people cannot find money to live on the other hand actors and athletes earn huge money ...they have to be paid but it is not to be high...
      Secondly,cheating can help to the students because when students decide to cheat on the exam -they make a copy...when they do this ,they can learn about it.
      Taking everything into consideration,Lying is the most important issue in relationship.if you want to have good relationship with your friends ,you must to say true all the time because when you say lie ,it will continue.......

      Humans are becoming too dependent on technology because there are lots of opportunities to get technology so that people are becoming addict.
      Cheating helps students learn. I agree with it even it is forbidden. Because while you are writing the subjects on a desk or on your leg for example, you can learn about it so cheating is becoming a useful thing to learn.
      Lying is something not good. I don't believe pink lies are good for relationship. Lying is lying and it hasn't got any colour like pink or white. I my opinion all lies are black!

      I agree with Hakan completely again :) I think , The money which are paid them is extremely high.They do not absolutely deverse that money. There are many people worked under the more bad conditions in our world.That actors and professional athletes are paid millions of dolar is bullshit.
      Secondly , I think lying is an important part of the life. Sometimes People have to lie even if they dont want.Nobody can live without lying.As a matter of fact , if a person didnt tell any lie all over his life , he
      would be a probhet :)

      Nowadays, we are dependent on the technology. We have to use technology because of our daily life. For instance, our cell phones. Noone go out without the phones. There is a question in people's head; 'what if something important happens'. Also, computers and the internet. If we don't use the technology, we can't learn new things or improve ourselves.
      For example; if I didn't use technology, such as internet and computers, I wouldn't write this paragraph in here.:)

      In today's condition tecnology is indispensable in individuals' lives to illustrate many people send e mail instead of wrıtıng letter that's to say, tecnology is necessary and people adapt quickly a lot of technologıcal improvment.
      while students preparing the cheating they repeat the subjets and they deal with to write tiny in case of seeing by teacher. they read contıously teheir cheatıng and they learn their subject.
      lying is not good but i belıeve pınk lies ıf ı know a friend of mine is sad ı dont say thruth
      but ı dont say lıes contınously ıt depends the situatıon or time. because, after for a while telling lies is a habit

      -actors and athletes are paid too much.thousands of people watch these sports guys but 1 billion dollars is not fair generally.
      -people become dependent on technology but they should learn how to control this situation.using technology is the best way to live informed..but using this thing for chatting gaming etc for long hours is not a positive manner.
      -cheating helps students to learn,for instance me :) i also learned too much thing in high school while cheating.
      -we could never prevent violence until all the country educated..
      sorry for not joining blog for 2 weeks but i will try to do my best teacher :)
